What we collect, why, and who can see it

What we collect

• Guardian account: name, email, optional phone, country and city, and how you heard about us.
• Builder profile: first name, optional last name, date of birth or age, optional gender, and country. Age is used only to place the Builder in a Level.
• Developmental record: the work a Builder submits, their written reflections, mentor observations and interpretations, domain states, readiness and progression decisions, and the history of placements.
• Enrolment and payment: which offering was chosen, enrolment status, and a record of payments confirmed by the programme team (amount, date, reference). We do not store card numbers.
• Usage: minimal, non-identifying page-view counts and a small set of programme events (for example "submission created") used to understand whether the platform is working. No advertising trackers are used.

Why we collect it

To run the programme: place Builders, let mentors interpret evidence, keep an honest history of development, operate online classes, and manage enrolment.

Who can see it

Guardians see everything about their own Builders. Builders see their own record. Assigned mentors see the Builders assigned to them. Programme administrators can see records in order to operate the programme. Nobody else has access, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.

How long we keep it

The developmental record is append-only by design so that a Builder's history is never silently rewritten. If you leave the programme, ask us and we will remove or anonymise personal details while keeping only what we are required to retain for payment records.

Your choices

You can update guardian and Builder profile details from your dashboard. To correct something you cannot edit, or to request deletion, message us on WhatsApp +254 759 744 868.
