Every Builder's safety comes before every other goal

This page explains the commitments built into the programme and the platform, and exactly how to raise a concern.

Who can see a Builder

A Builder's work and development are visible only to their guardian(s), the Builder themselves if they have a login, the mentor the programme has assigned to them, and programme administrators. A mentor has no access to Builders they are not assigned to, and assignments can be withdrawn at any time by the programme.

Who can act as a mentor

Nobody can make themselves a mentor. A mentor profile is created by a programme administrator, the mentor role is granted by the programme, and every Builder assignment is made by the programme. All three must be in place before a mentor can read evidence or record anything.

Online classes

Sessions are led by an authorised mentor and scheduled by the programme.
Joining links are shared only with enrolled families through their dashboard.
Mentors do not contact Builders privately outside programme channels.
A parent or guardian may be present during any session.

What we record and why

We record what a Builder makes and reflects on, what their mentor observes, and the developmental judgements written about that evidence. We do not record scores, rank children, or run psychological or clinical assessments. Guardians can read everything recorded about their Builder.

Raising a concern

If you are worried about a Builder's safety or about the conduct of anyone connected to the programme, contact us straight away on WhatsApp +254 759 744 868. Concerns are handled by the programme lead, not by the mentor involved. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
