Terms

Terms of participation

By creating an account or enrolling a Builder you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short and plain.

1. Accounts

Accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for the accuracy of the details you give about yourself and your Builder(s).

2. What the programme is

Creative Genius Africa is a developmental formation programme. It is not a school, an accredited qualification, exam preparation, childcare, or a psychological or clinical service. Developmental judgements are the professional opinion of authorised mentors based on submitted evidence.

3. Enrolment and payment

  • An enrolment is created as pending and becomes active only when the programme team confirms payment.
  • Prices and payment instructions are those shown for the offering at the time you enrol.
  • If an intake is cancelled by the programme before it starts, payments for it are refunded in full.
  • Other refund requests are considered case by case; contact us on WhatsApp.

4. Online classes and conduct

Sessions are for enrolled Builders. Joining links must not be shared outside the family. Builders, guardians and mentors are expected to treat one another with respect; the programme may remove anyone whose conduct puts a Builder at risk.

5. Builder work

Work a Builder submits remains theirs. You grant the programme permission to store it, show it to the Builder's authorised mentor and to you, and to use it internally to operate the programme. We will not publish a Builder's work or name publicly without your separate, explicit consent.

6. Placement and progression

Starting Level is set by age. Movement between Levels is decided by the programme on the basis of evidence and mentor recommendation. Payment does not purchase progression, and the programme does not promise that a Builder will progress within any period.

7. Changes and contact
